I live in NJ and purchased a condo in Orem. Therefore, I was looking for a reliable and reasonably priced plumber. Llewellyn Plumbing provided both. On the phone, Todd was very responsive and clear with prices and what I could expect. The work was done within a few days time. He communicated with me via telephone, completed the job that was planned and even fixed two shower heads when on the job. Online payment was easy and efficient. I had no hot water anywhere in my home and there was a significant amount of water leaking out of the bottom of my water heater. Blake came within a half an hour of me speaking to him on the phone. He diagnosed the problem (which was a hole in my tank) immediately and quoted me a price for replacement on the spot. I had already priced a few other places, and he was less than others even after taking into consideration their coupons. His son, Todd, came about a half an hour after that with a new water heater and had it up and running within an hour. They were both very nice and explained what they were doing well. About an hour after Todd left, Blake called to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this business to a friend.

Todd gave the estimate and performed the service. He explained what caused the problem in the first place and how his fixes would remedy the cause.
He was punctual, professional, and took pride in his work.
He estimated more time than it actually took to be safe, but still charged the estimated time. I assume if it had taken longer, he'd still charge for the estimated time though I didn't verify.
I would use this business again.
