WE ORIGINALLY PURCHASED A QUALITY BLENDER FROM K-TEC. THEY OFFER AN EIGHT YEAR WARRANTY ON THE BLENDER BASE AND JAR. UNDER NORMAL USE THE JAR NEEDS REPLACEMENT ABOUT EVERY TWO YEARS. THE COMPANY HAS ALWAYS STOOD BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY, AND FORWARDED THE REPLACEMENT JAR. THE BLENDER IS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER SEEN, AND THE EASY TO CLEAN BLENDER JAR, COMBINED WITH THE BLENDER'S GREAT QUALITY BLENDING CAPABILITY, MAKES USING THE PRODUCT A PLEASURE.
