These guys are so slimy, they own and operate the Lake Ridge condos at 1465 South 430 West. There Management is so horrible anytime you call them 9 times out of 10 they don't answer. Also when my apartment had a bad water heater during the middle of winter, I called them and they said they would get to it when they could. After waiting 3 days freezing I called only to leave a message. After waiting over 3 WEEKS they finally came and replaced the water heater. When my dryer went out it took them another 2 and a half weeks to fix that as well. Also if you park in visitor parking between 2am-7am they will have this awful towing company called K.P.E. Express towing come to tow your car for a grand total of $305 overnight stay. They are the worst in every category that I can think of and definitely the worst company to rent from when it comes to condos. Most unprofessional people I have ever met, Don't ever rent or buy from these slobs !
