In spring of 2019 I brought my laptop here for a simple fix I was told would take a few days but ended up taking a month due to some problems the business was having. The owner was professional and apologized, along with gave me a discount. However in the August 2019 I had the same problem with my laptop and brought it back to get fixed. Again I was told it would be fixed in under a week. After a month of very poor communication and avoidance I had to threaten with small claims court to get my laptop back because I needed it for school. And I still did not get my laptop back until late October. The commutation was VERY POOR unless I was threatening to bring them to court. They returned my laptop in worse condition than I dropped it off in. I would highly not recommend going here for laptop repairs. I had also talked to a couple other people that have had a similar experience. It ended up being a very simple fix that cost me $40 to order parts online. When the invise was going to charge me three times that.
