 + -1 moreI had used Joey before and he had been fairly good for the price. However, on the last job he removed 120 molding on some stairs that I specifically told him not to. When I asked him about the unauthorized demolition of the molding he looked me in the eyes and told me he didn't do it - even though he was the only person working in the building. When I pointed that fact out to him he still denied removing the molding but wouldn't make eye contact.
Description of Work: I hired Joey to install drywall under the exposed stairs of a 120 year old building I was working on.
