I made the appointment a week in advance; they came a day earlier than they had initially set up, which they asked if they could do. When they got here, they knew what the problems were immediately. They also let me know right away that they would have to cut into the wall to access the broken pipe, which made me nervous. However, they made a moderately discreet hole that can be concealed easily until I can get it patched. They left a couple of times to get the materials they needed and responded to my questions and made useful suggestions on improving my plumbing layout. They replaced the packing and a spigot handle on another faucet with no problems at all. I also asked them a few questions about some separate plumbing issues that they listened to attentively and they made some very helpful suggestions. All in all it took about an hour for them to make the repairs.

We have been very pleased with the work that H & M has done. We actually had the son of the owner do this and you could tell he was very knowledgeable and grew up around this type of work. Very friendly and punctual.
