 + -1 moreThe equipment has never worked properly from the date of installation. When we tried to call the phone number given to notify the company that the system did not work, we got no response. The company has recently begun to harass us because we have made no payment. We told them we would make payment when the system worked properly. Recently they sent a repair technician who tested the equipment and determined that the main control panel was not sending a radio signal to the control center that was supposed to be monitoring the system. We have not heard from the repair technician since and the company has sent our account to collections. The company refuses to repair the equipment.
Description of Work: The company installed a home alarm system that was supposed to be connected to a control center that would monitor the activity of the alarm system.
