Home Security System Service
Very friendly and incompetent. I was given a rather urgent call about 9 months after installation that some "updating" needed to be done on the premises. It turned out that the system had never actually been linked to the cell phone so I had no active system during that time. After the updating one sensor failed and has not been replaced. I called the company to ask that they review the billing and credit me for the non-working service time. They never responded. Then, despite having been given a credit card for on-going billing, they sent an intimidating letter (first notice) of non-payment. Installers were always great guys you'd like to trust, but their work ended up being lousy.
