Our entire experience with Firstline to date is extremely unsatisfactory. The technician who came to install the system was 2 hours late, spent 2 hours longer than expected to install the system, and did not bring the correct equipment that we were promised the day before by the salesman. Over the course of the next 3 weeks we called several times to have the correct sensors installed in our house, the installer never called us back. We learned he was fired, but nobody told us that. When we informed another representative from Firstline about our situation, they said they would look into it, but also we never were contacted. Whenever we call we are placed on hold for over 30 minutes each time, and nobody from the organization has ever returned a call or shown up on time yet. We are actually waiting for a tech to come out right now. We left work early to be here, but the appointment time was changed for 2 hours later, and again nobody told us.
Description of Work: A Firstline rep came to our door to solicit giving us a free home security system as long as we pay for 3 years of monitoring, similar to an ADT or Brinks. They came back the next day to install door sensors, motion sensors, and a control panel.
