THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE ON THE PROCESS AND I LIKED THE VOICE TO VOICE RECOGNITION WITH THE AGENTS AT THE ALARM CALL CENTER. WE WILL SEE IN THE FUTURE HOW IT WORKS OUT.
