Home Security System Service
They are supposed to have a 24 hour help line as well. They got it installed completely. We made a contract on the 10th, installed on the 11th. Warning alarm started going off at 3:00 A.M that night and has been going off ever since. I have not been able to reach the 24 hr. line. They were supposed to be open at the office 7:00 A.M, but they are not open. The salesperson has not called, I have called him 4 different times during the morning hours. I did leave a message at the office at their headquarters office and they did call me back. They told me that I have to call them in an hour (as they weren't open for the contract office yet). Cost is per month for 3 year contract.
