These guys do great work. In and out in less than 24 hours. So impressed. When I called, they answered on the second ring, at 2:30 in the morning! Whoâ d does that? They were professional, clean, well spoken, fair in how they priced things and very deliberate and upfront in explaining exactly what they would do, how much it would cost and how quickly the work would be done. This made sending the claim to my home owners insurance a breeze. They were clean and efficient in their movement in and out of my home, bringing in their equipment, getting things dried out fast and only removing necessary portions of drywall and carpet so that the water extraction and drying process could begin. They even had great leads from trusted contractors theyâ ve worked with, for me to contact so that we could immediately get bids and start the rebuild on the drywall, painting and relaying of carpet in areas that had to be addressed. Thereâ s nothing worse than being awakened at 2am to the sound of running water and stepping bare foot on soaked carpet in the dark, or seeing your canned lights dripping water onto your beautiful carpeted and wood floors (stupid burst pipe upstairs). Such a terrible and panicked feeling, but the ways these guys worked to mitigate the problem by determining the extent of the flooding and quickly beginning the drying-out and repair process, even in the wee hours of the morning..â ¦those memories have now all since faded. I couldnâ t say enough about the work Sam, Dallin and Mitch do. Thank you Elite Water Restoration. Despite this unexpected nightmare, I couldnâ t be happier with the way these guys helped solve the problem.

Elite was extremely easy to work with. They were friendly and very communicative.They kept me in the loop super well. There were people assessing the damage 20 minutes after I called. Would highly recommend working with them!
