We had Centurion Homes complete the basement in our two-year-old home. We received bids from several contractors, and chose Centurion. We really appreciated their knowledgeable and straight forward discussion regarding our plans, and the resulting detailed bid. They also provided the cost of many alternatives for us to consider to either raise or lower the overall cost. They were great to work with as we got the project started. We have been extremely pleased with their workmanship and attention to detail throughout the project. They always ensured that their contractors met their high standards while completing their tasks in a timely manner. This was the first time we used Centurion for our basement remodeling project. Their team have done a great and quality work. They always cleanup after completing their job. They always keep us informed as to the schedule of each trade, HVAC, electrician, carpenter, finishing and drywall and painting, even until final completion. We would highly recommend them and would love to hire them again.

This was the second time we have used Centurion Homes for doing a remodel. They removed a chimney and two fireplaces and installed a bay window in its place. They removed a wall to open up the kitchen and family room and did a major upgrade, floors, painting cabinets, new backsplash, and countertops. It all looks beautiful. Chris and Aaron are so knowledgeable and helped us make informed decisions. They offered suggestions to help us get exactly what we wanted. They made the process go so smooth. From start to finish these guys are fantastic.

Centurion Homes finished our townhome basement for us. Right from the beginning they were great to work with. They gave us a detailed quote so we knew exactly how much we would be paying before we even started. The work went very smoothly and was completed faster than we originally expected. All their subcontractors did great work and were very professional. Any issues that came up were resolved very quickly, so we never had anything to worry about. We had a great experience working with Centurion on our basement finish. Aaron and Chris were very professional and friendly, up front about costs with an itemized quote, and finished the project in a timely manner. We requested a few changes to the original plan, and they were easy to work with. We would definitely recommend!

We contracted with Centurion in the spring of 2021, and were given an estimate of 7 months. There were a few hiccups along the way, but seven months later we were able to move back into our remodeled space and the addition on schedule. They have also been great to work with when things didn't quite go according to plan or when there were problems. Chris was especially good at keeping us in the loop and making sure we are pleased with the results. There have been some straggler tasks that took longer than expected, but the bulk of the work was done on schedule and within budget.

Aaron Schauers responded quickly and gave a very thorough and detailed estimate. Chris Jensen coordinated the work and the schedule. The laborers stayed on schedule and the basement was completed within three months. We were impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency..

Centurion Homes wrapped up a basement finish project for us at the end of 2021. Theyâ ll stand out against other contractors from the very first meeting. They were thorough collecting notes, listening, and taking measurements which led to a more realistic quote. Our Project Manager was very responsive to questions we had throughout the process and did well at keeping us in the loop. As with most things right now, construction material availability can be a challenge. Centurion did an admirable job working through these hurdles to minimize delays. Final product looks great. Centurion definitely has our recommendation.

We had our basement done by Centurion Homes. We discussed with Aaron in detail what we wanted done for our basement. He was very receptive to our ideas and offered good suggestions. Once the plans were finalized the work started. Some changes that we wanted to me made after the work commenced were also readily accommodated. Throughout the whole process Centurion Homes readily communicated with us regarding the work status and various next steps. When we had some questions, Chris readily addressed them. The work was completed at a steady pace, and we are extremely happy with how the basement has turned out.

Centurion Homes did a beautiful addition on our home putting in a new kitchen and bedroom. Chris was incredibly patient throughout the process as we sometimes changed our minds about how we wanted things done. We are pretty persnickety and if we werenâ t 100% satisfied with any aspect of the work, Chris was happy to make it right. He was also sensitive to the fact that we were living in a construction zone and would try to schedule things to minimize disruption. I would highly recommend.

They stayed on time and delivered great results, without blind-siding us with surprise charges. Their painting, sheet rock and plumbing teams were friendly, thorough and respectful of our property. Everything about Centurion Homes was a good experience. I always felt that we were in good hands with them and they always addressed any concerns we had. They always sent a detailed list of expenses and were careful to keep things within budget. The final project turned out great.

We finished our basement with Centurion and we recommend them to all of our neighbors! Only charged what they said they would, other than changes that we ourselves made, which they were great about accommodating. They also insisted on fixing aspects of the project that we missed, making the end result more than we could have hoped! Great communication and wonderfully considerate. They really are the best. Very conscientious of our budget. They hire out great people. Not a single delay. Great communicators. Our basement is absolutely fabulous. We have referred them to several friends already. We left them alone at our home without a second thought. Just helpful, honest, and nice. We feel like we got really lucky in finding them.

Excellent people to deal with. Also very good subs. Would definitely recommend them. On budget and paid them a bonus for finishing early before Christmas.

Aaron and Chris and their crew did a fabulous job on our basement project. We had a vision of what we wanted, and they did go the extra mile. After providing them the floor plan and a couple visits to go over the bid and details of the price it was an easy decision to go with Centurion Homes. Their bid was not just a quote but actual cost. It was refreshing to know our budget and stay within it. We made some changes deciding to do some finishes ourselves. Moving from California to Utah it was challenging to find a reputable basement contractor. We did the usual Yelp, Angies List, and Google searches and came up with 6 we felt we should meet with. Out of the six contractors one was too busy another forgot about us. Down to four, two contractors just put together a simple one page bid based on the square footage I gave them. To us this lacked details and they seemed reluctant to put much effort into actually visiting our new home to generate a bid and discussing ideas. Down to two contractors, Centurion caught our attention as they were quicker to respond to all of our questions, to visit our home and provide suggestions for building a better basement while the other builder seemed to be newer in the basement industry and it took several messages to get them to visit our home though they finally did. Both bids came in about the same price but we decided to use Centurion they were more responsive, had more options for us to decide on and we liked that they have been using the same sub-contractors for several years.
