Bright Solutions Electric

I used Bright Solutions in September 2015 and was pleased with their work.  I wrote a nice review and complimented Ernesto and his tech, Arturo.  I'm updating my review as I've had a completely different experience the second time around.  You would think being a returning customer who gave positive feedback would be worth something.  It took several calls to get anyone to call me back.  Once I made contact Ernesto recognized me from before and was great and laying out a plan to get someone over to give me an estimate.  The estimate didn't take place as scheduled and it took a few calls to Ernesto, who was apologetic and got things arranged.  The tech he sent out did not call me and it took several additional calls to be able to speak with the tech who did the estimate.  I accepted the bid and I was given a start date for the work.  The work never happened because the tech did not show up.  Several calls and messages to the tech and also to Ernesto (owner) went unanswered.  Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and lack of follow through.  If you are busy, great, let me know so I can get another solution lined up.  It took over three weeks of these guys dragging me along before they stopped responding.  I don't care how good your work is, or what a good experience I had initially, if you can't pick up the phone and return a call, or if you fail to do something you commit to, then I won't waste my time.  But I will make sure I tell others the way I was treated.

D rnesto did a good job. I'm going to call him back to do more electrical work for me. He was very affordable. Way less expensive than the big companies with the fancy trucks. Don't pay for their overhead costs, when you can have Ernesto do the same quality work for much less money.

Ernesto is a very good electrican he has helped me on more than one project. I have known him for about three years now. he has always been very good at working through problems and finding solutions to the task I have placed upon him. He has always been more than honest and fair with me. he has many times gone above and beyond what i have exspected. I love how he comes to work with a smile and a posative attitude. I would recommend him for any project in your home. he is someone i know i can trust to do the job right. i look forward toworking with him on my next project.
