BEST BUY APPLIANCE

I paid the money up front and after thinking about it and not being able to get a hold of them after they were late with my delivery. I went there and said I wanted my money back. I'd paid cash the day before and hadn't received it yet. They refused to give my money back and so I was forced to take it anyways. I feel they were dishonest in the type and amount of work they actually do. He said he paid his men so he didn't have my money anymore. What sort of business doesn't have $300 cash they were given the night before? I had to come up with it and I don't make much money let alone have my own business. I hope it's not a lemon!

I really liked Best Buy Appliance.  They were easy to work with, and I felt that I got a fair price for the used washer/dryer set that I bought there.  Buying used appliances is a bit of a risk, but their 90-day guarantee takes a lot of the fear out of it.  I would definitely shop there again.

Our older side-by-side fridge freezer had been warming up.  We weren't sure what had happened at first, and thought someone in the house had fiddled with the thermostat controls.  We had tried adjusting them but everything was still warm and the frozen items were thawing out.
I phoned Scott Morgan at Best Buy because of other's reviews of his services.  I asked him if he could send someone out or come out himself.  His service guy was out with the flu, but he helped me diagnose my problem and gave me advice on what to try.  We set an appointment in the next week (the call was on a Friday), just in case this didn't work.  I followed his directions about removing the back panel of my freezer and checking for iced up coils, defrosted them with a hair dryer and then we left it empty to see how well it would get back up to temperature.  By next morning, the couple of things I had put in it as test items were hard frozen, the fridge side was also nice and cold.  
Scott Morgan charged nothing but gave me valuable advice that will probably allow us to use our fridge for a little longer until we can afford to replace it (this was already something we were planning - probably for late summer).  I would definitely use him again and happily send others to him.  From what I can see, he is a fair, honest trader and I would be happy to give him my business.

I wanted to purchase a Kindle for myself for Mothers Day but the location I went to were sold out. The sales person not only double checked their inventory but called another location before returning to me so that I could buy it there.

They have a really junky looking store, but they know their stuff and are very helpful to the do-it-yourself person like me. Price is good. They'll even sell you a used part if they think it'll be good and save you money. Sometimes you have to be patient. I went there once during business hours posted on their door and they were not there. But I still use them because of the other positives.

They did a great job. They were really helpful and gave us good advice. My mother ended up paying for that. We think the price was really reasonable.

The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem and had necessary parts to fix them on site. Was quick and efficient. Labor cost was very reasonable. Slightly bothered that they charged two service calls with only one visit because two repairs were made. My understanding is the service call fee offsets costs associated with getting to the house. However overall much cheaper than dealing with the hassle and expense of new appliances.

What I do like about them is they are friendly. They are knowledgeable. Of all the people I had called to repair my washer, they were the best priced. I would use their services in the future.

They came out on time and ordered the parts, then returned and installed the correct part.

He did a good job. He really knew what he was doing. He could see what was wrong right away and did not waste my time and charge me for it. I spent around $45 for the service call.

The job they did was ok, but they are located some distance from my home. It took them longer than I thought it should to respond. I do not think I would recommend them.
