I took my pets there 2 weeks ago for vaccinations. They have been very good. They are professional, they care about the pets. We had a dog that had some problems. He had bladder stones. She worked with us and we resolved the problem. They were very good.

I am very happy with all the services I have received from this Veterinarian.

The experience went poorly. When we went in the facility smelled very bad. On our three other visits this was not always a problem but about every other time there was a bad odor. When we received the Shitzu's they both had diarrhea and after a week we finally had to take them to an emergency veterinarian and have our carpets cleaned. We found out who their groomer was and when we took them to the groomer we were told that the dogs had all kinds of possessions like a carrier, toys, and many other things. We received none of them. We talked with the person who brought the dogs in. She works for a dog rescue service and is a volunteer at Animal Medical Services. The dogs' owner had died and either the family kept the items or the person who brought them into the center did, I do not know which. When we reported the health issue to Animal Medical Services the veterinarian seemed very defensive. It was a very uncomfortable situation for us. We ended up having to return the dogs to the clinic. They had been trained to use a training pad rather than going outside. We were aware of this but they did not express how difficult it would be to retrain them. If we would have known this, we would not have gone though with the adoption. When we returned the animals we ended up feeling as if we were at fault.

One thing I really like about this group is that they give a discount for packaged shots and exams. With the shots and the exam for the dogs, we saved around 10 or so dollars and with the cat around 6 dollars or so. The staff there are very professional and Doctor McGuire is very nice and supportive. I highly recommend this place.

Doctor McGuire is a very nice vet. She really takes good care of our cat and we have been going to her for many years now. We like the office as it is clean and the people that help us are always very professional and courteous.
