They didn't show up the first time, and when they came out the next time, they quoted me a much higher price, so I decided not to go with this company.

The first time they scheduled the appointment, they got the address wrong. When the window washer finally arrived, he did a competent job at cleaning the windows, but he broke the shutoff to the hose bib he was using. It will not be cheap to repair.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out okay. It was a college kid who came out and he did a job as good as any other. He was supposed to kill the window bay where all the sediments settle, but he didn't do that. He was really polite, courteous, and he tried to do a good job.

it was ok except the guy showed up a day before he was scheduled, and late in the afternoon. I had it scheduled for 1 pm on a Tuesday and when I got home from work Monday evening, he was there, about half done. He said "they had me double booked for 1:00 today so I finished the first job and then came here. There was a voice message on my phone from mid afternoon that day (which I did not get until after I was home) saying " our window cleaner is at your place" .
He did an ok job except that he did not wash the exterior window sills between the window and the screens.

Some of our windows have separate storm windows, so there area actually 4 surfaces to wash on each window in the older part of our home. We also have some very high two story windows. The hardest window is a large 6 foot by 5 foot storm window that had to first be lifted out and down 4 to ground level, then washed on all 4 surfaces, then lifted back up. Fortunately, we had 3 other men here that day helping with another project who helped our window washer do the lifting! We also had some ground level windows that had either etching or minerals I wasn't sure which) that wouldn't come clean, even though he tried and tried! He said that he had some other products back at the office that may work on those windows, but since he had been here all day, he would come back another day the following week to try the new products on. Unfortunately, we never heard back from him. He worked several hours longer than what we had paid for in the Angie's Big Deal for $144, for which we paid the normal rate, an additional 81.00. We felt that he worked very hard, went above and beyond with the many windows in this 2-story house. We really appreciated his sticking with it that day!

We had an appointment and the window washer came out, he was on time and nice. He took all the screens out of the windows then proceeded to wash the front windows first. They looked great and he put the screens back into the finished windows. Then an afternoon storm started rolling in and there was lighting. So he called into the office that he was going to pause the job and finish another day. I called back to Alpine Window to reschedule the appointment. I thought I had made the appointment for the next Monday a week later but when they didn't come I called to check. They didn't have me on the schedule. So we made another appointment for another week. It was a little bit frustrating that it took so long to get back on the schedule, but once they came out and finished all the windows look really great, they even re-washed the front windows again. I was very happy with the quality of work and the technicians for each time were both very nice and professional.

I had purchased a big deal for the service and it turned out well. They charged us more, because of the configuration of our house.

I think that they missed a window. I asked them to wash all of the outside windows except the basement. He was really nice and the windows came out pretty good.

They did a good job and were fast. I had purchased a groupon so it was pretty inexpensive.
