Still, I'd be willing to give them another opportunity, as the company seemed to be fairly well staffed, and didn't have poor verbal skills; they just weren't well organized with their communication.

The first time I called he picked up. He was very nice and pleasent to talk to. I told him the color of my brick and rock and he gave me several suggestions on colors I could use. He said he would bring some color samples. Well, he showed up right on time and he went over exactly what he would be doing. He also gave me suggestions which were perfect ideas. Once I decided the color and exactly where I wanted the cubing he and his crew got to work. They even cut away the sod where they needed to at no extra charge. He only charged me $3 a foot and that included the color and tax. Toward the end he had enough cement to do another 5ft so we found a perfect place to put it. He did that at no charge. He also knocked off another $10 just because. It's the small things that count. The curbing looks fantastic! My neighbors keep coming over and telling me how great it is. Very impressed! This guy and his crew are very hard and efficient workers. They also cleaned up very nicely after they were done. Oh and he also traveled 25 min to get to my home with no extra charge. Highly recommend this company.
