When we fired AAA Concrete & Landscaping on 7/23/2010, Jesus got nose-to-nose screaming at me. At one point he chest-bumped me and threatened to hit me. His worker Henry pulled him away. We had to call the police to keep the peace. Do not do business with this person. You will lose your money and/or subcontractors will put liens on your home from not getting paid.
Description of Work: We signed a contract for $10,000 worth of work. We discovered that Jesus Gutierrez does not have a contractor's license and AAA Concrete & Landscaping is a company that does not exist. Jesus Gutierrez has multiple liens against former clients for not paying subcontractors. His two workers only worked one day in two weeks before we fired him. He would not provide a prorated refund. His worker ran into our house with his Bobcat, causing damage. Our front cement steps are also chipped from their Bobcat. Nothing Jesus or his wife Angie told us could be verified. Avoid at all costs.
