 + -1 moreI have had many landlords in my lifetime and my experience with this company was the worst I've ever had in my life and actually quite shocking. This company is getting away with terrible business practices. No matter how much time you spend cleaning, they will charge you absurd amounts for cleaning that were already clean. Expect no deposit and even for them to threaten you with collections and charge you additional and ridiculous cleaning fee in the hundreds and if not thousands. Please do your research before you sign anything.Their business practice should be criminal. Its only a matter of time before the owner has charges filed against him.

I like the staff and the office people. They seem very caring. The maintenance is good. The property is always clean and nice. The price is right. It is a nice location. They allow dogs.
