I have been to them in the past for a different car. He came over to my house to do it. The cost was entirely covered by my insurance company. They have always been nice.

I went there twice and they didn’t seem to know what they had.  They didn’t know their products.  I went back a couple of years later.  They didn’t have a show room.  Everytime I went there it was very hard to talk to them because they didn’t seem to care.  I really wanted to use them because they advertised as do it yourselfers were welcome.  When they came in to measure the windows, I asked them about doing a couple of windows that needed extra work.  They said that they wouldn’t replace the seal.  They didn’t want to get involved in replacing the seals.  I then continued to install it myself.  The first floor came out great and was about $3000 less than if they would have done it.  I then called them back for the basement.  The size that they measured for the windows in the basement didn’t sound right.  I asked him to come out and remeasure the window.  I ordered a specific size basement window.  He told me that he was getting irritated with the do it yourselfers because another customer had returned some products.  I ordered the windows for $850 and realized when I picked them up that they weren’t the windows that I ordered.  We went out to the back of the shop.  I told him that we talked about basement windows and not the windows he gave me.  He then realized that he made a mistake.  He offered to replace 2 of the 6 windows.  I got very mad at that offer.  I ended up with windows that weren’t what I wanted.    It doesn’t seem that they care.  I was really displeased with them.

Everything seemed good. We had no problems. It was a little pricey but we didn't really call around though. They told us when they would be there and they were on time. I would recommend them to friends and family. I was very pleased with the windows.
