Jay, the boss, is honest and professional, and seems to have true respect for his clients. They were punctual, efficient, and followed our request to use the side entrance to avoid tracking mud through the hardwood floors. We were not without water for more than the 10 hours it took to put both new lines in. There were no surprise charges, and the end total was actually less than the bid because not all anticipated replacements were needed. They are the only company that does pipe bursts everyday, and happened to be the lowest bid as well. I highly recommend them, and the trench-free replacement is easier on our old trees. It was a positive experience working with them.
