I informed this company in October that I no longer wanted their services, and that I would not be renewing my contract.
The reason for this decision was that my security cameras had recorded one of their visits, and it was obvious the technician did not perform the work I was being charged for.
Tusa's management chose to ignore my letter and sent a salesperson in November to convince me to renew the contract.
I respectfully declined and restated that I would not continue doing business with the company.
To my surprise, a technician showed up on March 16th (when I wasn't at home), and proceeded to treat my property!
Needless to say, I will not be paying the $109.00 charge for this unauthorized service.
"Tusa Pest Control is a family business; we value our customers. However, we gladly end service for those who wish to cancel. During an update in our customer portal several accounts were reinstated, an error that has been rectified and customers whose homes were serviced were not charged or were refunded! At Tusa Pest Control there is no such thing as "Contract Renewal" after the initial 1-year service agreement all customers are given an option to continue service without contract and still maintain our exceptional guarantee! As for our technicians, we take pride in quality guaranteed treatment with each and every service. Each of our technicians has over 8 years of experience in the industry. As a means of quality assurance, a technician is required to perform re-services at their own expense should a home not meet our -service agreement defined- treatment plan. Bottom line is, our technicians do it right the first time and every time! Thank you for this review as it will continue to help us improve our business!"
