It seems like a professional operation. They have a lovely facility. They dealt with the problem I had at the particular time and made suggestions about what I may need to look at in the future without any pressure. It was pricey.

The service was terrific. I do trust them and things are ethical and not always to find in a auto dealership because service theses days. They really work with me to get down to what I needed. They count me some of the services because it was not well that we wanted to bill so there were things they did that they didn't charge me for. These are kind of people you wanna do business with.

As far as the sales, they were really great. They helped me setting up the stereo system and they just did all the little things that I did not expect that they would help me. There was a little tiny scratch with the brand new vehicle but it was really tiny, I cannot even see it but my husband saw it so they took it in and they fixed it all up. I was really impressed.

Tony Divino Toyota Scion will alert me of upcoming problems that could come on and it's up to me to decide if I want to take it back to them or some place else. They're not pushy about doing all the changes. I love them. The last thing I did was I had a Headlight out, so I rode in and I went back for part and got a part and they put it in for me. They're not out to rip me off and I appreciate that being female. I've always been happy with them. if I don't but I will have them service them.

The quality of work here is good and they were very prompt about fixing my truck when I brought it back because the oil was leaking. It was simply a loose plug. I like that the staff here is friendly and professional and the service that they provide is quality and attentive.
