+ -1 moreCompany demanded 60% deposit on estimated job. Despite many demands to get a schedule to start the work, nothing happened until 12 months later. All that has been done was the retaining wall was removed and the owner has not been back since. Legal notice to return and finish job was unsuccessful. Our money has been demanded, but not returned. The company has changed its name at least three times: All Build, Creative Rockworks, and now The Rock Place at same address, with same services advertized. We were scammed.
Description of Work: Tear out old and build new rock retaining wall, relandscape and deliver/install waterfeature.
