Everything was great until the install and then it all unraveled from there. The installers blew large holes through my walls in several different places. They also told me they’d cut me an attic access in my son’s closet so they could run their conduit through that attic space and did the worst hack job on this opening that my 7 yr old son could have done better. The hole now needs to be taped and closed up because it won’t even work as a legitimate access. They took absolutely zero care for my walls and door jams of my newly built/painted home (only 3 months old). They left dents and black scuff marks from their ladders all over my door jams and attic entrance trims. When they first arrived they convinced me that a different inverter than what we had selected was the better one and so we agreed to do the one the installers recommended. Somewhere during the install his boss got mad at him for changing my mind and instead of telling me this he just went ahead and installed the other inverter. It wasn’t until after he was all done that he told me and I now have the wrong inverter mounted on the outside of my brand new house! After they left I called the company and complained about all that was done. They admitted the installer was out of line but didn’t seem too eager to want to help me. They said they had a guy they use to fix all of the damage to my house and he came and did a worse job patching holes, closing up the attic access, painting, texturing, etc than I could have done myself. I was so frustrated and done with them and their shenanigans that I just said screw it and my dad and I willl go through and fix everything ourselves. Honestly, the products I got are great, the solar panels and price are awesome, but due to the worst installation process I’ve ever experienced I can’t rate them better than a 1 star. I even gave them the opportunity to make it right and avoid a bad review and they didn’t even reply back to me. So here it is. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Proceed with caution.

It went OK except they put one of the panels over my cutter and had to come back and move it. My biggest complaint the electric company and the solar company did not explain how everything works. Left in the dark

Installation of the panels went well but the monitor system did not. The system was producing for 2 weeks prior to the completion of the monitor system being online. I was quoted 90 days from the sales rep. and it was a little more than that to go into production. There had  been a slight delay of city approvals because drawings did not match the install and other delays were due to power company and the monitor system not installed to completion. Everything is working fine now and I am happy to be producing solar powered electricity.
