+ -1 moreInitially the company was very good to work with and I was impressed with them. They were not the cheapest bid, but were one of the lower bidders. They did an okay job. They did come back and fix the portions of the fence that I was concerned about. It doesn't look good, but it looks better. I'm basically satisfied with the fence. However, the cement work was not done very professionally. The cement was not properly tamped and worked, so the sides of the cement show rocks and gaps. They gave me somewhere between $40 to $70 off so I could by some foundation cement and cover up the bad spots. I was satisfied with that, although still not happy with the cement work. Then in the spring of this year (2006) I noticed that half of the cement was cracking and pealing off on the flat, top portion of the cement. I called Jeff Roylance, the owner and He said he would come and take a look and get with me. He never has contacted me since. I'm not happy or satisfied with Roylance Fence.
Description of Work: Installed chain link privacy fence on a 12'' wide cement mow strip. Some portions of the cement strip act as a small (approximately 18'' maximum height) retaining wall between my yard and my neighbor's. The job was accomplished in November of 2005.
