Chad came here and fixed every concern in a professional and friendly manner. He communicated what he was doing and answered all my questions. He installed a new pressure regulator which requires a lot of labor, left the area spotless, repaired my pop-up drain which I had been putting up with my broken one for several years and cleaned the drain. He inspected every faucet and toilet and my bill so so reasonable. Every time I have used Pitcher Plumbing I have been promptly served and I am so grateful for this wonderful company and especially for Chad.

We noticed an outdoor water leak in a sprinkler line at 6 PM one afternoon and by 3 PM the following day, someone from Pitcher Plumbing was at our house repairing it. Responsive, courteous, professional service - we're very happy with the result. Thank you!

As others have noted, my service person was Chad. He came twice (once to fix the kitchen faucet, the second time after we had the time to buy two bathroom faucets that he then installed.) He only charged for one visit, and even then rounded the bill down to the nearest $10 ($197 to $190 and insisted that he not charge us for the first visit.) Most importantly, he came to our house early in the time window on both occasions (minimizing the amount of time away from my office.) He was professional and performed the services flawlessly. No question - Pitcher Plumbing has a new, devoted customer. We had gone to Speirs plumbing before this, but they failed to come during the four hour window that had been promised. The reason I went to them was that they had been part of a kitchen remodel earlier. If I go back to that contractor, I will insist that they use Pitcher for any plumbing work, or, at a minimum, not use Speirs.

On time, fair pricing. Very professional

Pitcher's were responsive. Appointment made for that day, at a convenient time for me. Arrived on time, determined the problem quickly and replaced the regulator. Price was below my expectations.

They came on an emergency basis which was very nice of them and since then and because I like the fact that he treated me like even though I obviously didn't know what I was talking about he didn't treat me like a complete idiot they assume you can't think logically  oh don't worry your pretty little head about it. he explain things in away that is a non professional plumber I could understand and follow the logic behind it so anyway so that's why I hired them again I needed to replace I wanted to be proactive this time and replace the plumbing under the sink and under the laundry sink and they came in and they did a great job. The kitchen I think was done in about May of last year and then I think laundry sink done some time in the fall. I like everything that they did they were they came on time they did a good job and I felt real confident that what they were doing was going to stay fixed. They didn't tried to sell me things beyond what I was asking for didn't need, I asked them look over here is this a problem is that a problem oh no that doesn't need to be fixed so they didn't  tried to sell me  something that I didn't need. I would tell them by all means give them a chance.

It went smoothly, and I feel that the price was excellent for the time spent and the service provided.

When Chad arrived, he assessed the situation and advised us to leave the faucet alone for the time being. It would be expensive and time consuming to change out the faucet. It would mean tearing a hole in the finished basement ceiling. Since it was not now leaking, it would be wise to wait and see if the problem comes back. He said that there would be no charge for his visit since he didn't really need to do anything.
I appreciate his integrity and the service orientation of Pitcher Plumbing and Heating. I will call them again when we have the need for help with plumbing.

I needed somebody in a bit of a hurry and it just so happened he had a cancellation so he was able to come out right away. He was very knowledgable and explained things very clearly. He was very compitant and got everything done in a timely manner.

My wife has heard about them through someone in the church. Their professionalism was outstanding!

Pitcher Plumbing was recommended to me when I first moved here 7 years ago, for a bathroom upgrade. They have been "my" plumbers ever since. I wouldn't even think of calling anyone else. They are responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. What I like and respect the most is the fact that they don't try to "sell" you on what you don't need. Just one example, I had several leaky old fixtures that I thought needed replacement, but no, just a new part fixed it and saved me lots of $$$. I've also used them to unclog a drain, fix a toilet, etc. They are the best, and they give a senior discount. Like I said, they are my go-to plumbers!

The sinks were all installed with no problems. They came promptly and when one of the sinks developed a leak, they fixed it right away.

They were clean and professional.

My overall experience with them has been very positive. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to family and friends. They are very friendly, courteous and polite. I have had no problems with them.
