The final price was as bid and extremely fair and reasonable. The owner was very knowledgeable and receptive to specific requests for age appropriate variations in the installation of the valley and step flashing. The overall completed workmanship of the installation was very satifactory.
There was a expected delay due to availability of non-stocked specified roofing shingles. My only complaint is in the difficulty in making contact with the company when we had questions or during scheduling of the work.
Otherwise I would highly recommend Perkes Roofing.

My overall experience was good. I feel the cost I paid for a new roof was a fair price. The workers did fairly well cleaning up after themselves. It was not totally cleaned up, but it was for the most part. I would recommend them to friends and family.
