He came out to my house, was late because he forgot our appointment due to some emergencies he had that day. Walked him through the house and showed him what I needed done. Said he was swamped and I said I wasn't in a huge hurry because I was still waiting in the shutters to come in that I wanted him to install. He said he would get me a price and get back to me. He never did and didn't return my messages. Had to get another referral and have someone else complete the work.

I found them on Angie's List. My overall experience was good. He did a good job, and he did it fast.

Called Scott about giving me a bid for some electrical, sheet rock and tile work. Scott arrived at my home promptly at the time scheduled, however all he did was tell us how we were making wrong choices on the colors we had picked out, that the tile we bought was crap because we didn't get it from the place he recommends. He spent most of his time talking about how good a job he does and how bad everybody else does. He said he would write up an estimate and email it to me with 2 days . I never heard from him again no estimate no call. It didn't matter that we never received the estimate because by the time Scott had left our home he had already talked himself out of the job. If his work was anything like his follow up, I'm sure we would've been greatly disappointed.

Very responsive & punctual. Gave great suggestions for what we wanted to do and keeping within our budget.

Very personable. Never had a set schedule. Had a problem keeping helpers/employees. Had to be directed on what was or was not acceptable for certain items. Terrible clean up. Instead of matching paint I ended up with paint that didn't match because he only painted the affected area. Grout in tile was chipping within 1 month and continues to chip. Laminate flooring around door frames looks horrible. If he took the time to do things right and was able to keep help I think things would have been a lot better.
