They did a terrible job. The furnace was frozen inside. He said we would have to replace something in the furnace, but he never talked to me about anything.  They put freon in it just to take care of it short term.  They will continue to do that until the warranty runs out.

One Hour provides quotes on Goodman products that the industry suggests are not in the top tier of quality.  Their quote was not the lowest that I received for the same unit. One Hour suggested they could provide quotes on other manufacturers but the price would be much higher. 
I ended up going with an Amana A/C unit from another Heating and AC service provider that had a much higher SEER rating and provided a much better warranty.  With state and federal rebates, the total cost was less than $150 more than the Goodman unit.

After being stood up by Mountain West, at 1100 we called One Hour. We scheculed an appointment for 3pm. An hour later, we had to change to 4pm. Jeff showed up five minutes early. He could have sold us a new furnace, but instead gave us REAL information on rebates (that others had misled us on), and gave us good advice on our options. Instead of spending a whole lot of $$ on something we really didn't need, we were able to make good sound decisions on our furnace issues and options. He checked the filter and found it was totally clogged. This is a rental unit, and less than two weeks before we had another company there who replaced the thermo coupler and didn't bother to do this basic thing. Jeff didn't have a filter with him and brought one out the next day, on his own, free of charge. This is the kind of service I have hoped for: Shows up on time, speaks reasonably to me without trying to screw me, and goes an extra step to help me out. This is the kind of service that earns a future customer, and a cusotmer who will recommend this company to others. When it is really time to replace this furnace, or the one at my residence, I will call these guys first!
