We hired Chad after several quotes. He made us feel confortable and he was very affordable. He was quick to get to the house and was on time. His employees wore foot wear to protect my carpet and stayed focused and worked hard the entire time. They even were kind to my very curious child who asked him 100 questions that he answered all while working with a smile. 6 months later we found that our flooring was lower than the toilet flange that was installed and when our flooring guy told us that we called Chad to see if it could be adjusted. He set an appointment for the next working day and had it fixed the next day. He made sure he was available to us so that it didn't delay our flooring. He is very honest and has been great to work with. We are starting repairs on our upstairs bathroom next and we will be hiring him again. I know I can depend on him to complete the job to my satisfaction.

Very fast work. Plumber is very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. Unlike some companies that just want to put in the biggest water heaters.
