+ -1 moreI had called for additional information and in a different type of product quote and they were unresponsive. I would have actually bought a more expensive product but they wouldn’t call me back. They didn’t show up twice on the day that they said they were going to install. We had a great experience with them when they installed the windows in my house. That was why we went back again.
Description of Work: We used Moyes Glass for windows. They replaced broken windows.

+ -1 moreWe found out about them just through the phone. We went with them because their price was lower. But then we didn’t have a great response. They never ever contacted us and we always had to contact them. They got here later than expected.

+ -1 more5x8 window leaks but since I could not locate my receipt -all my windows have Moyes Glass stickers on them - they would not honor the "Lifetime Warranty". I contacted them, yesterday nd they will not return my calls (Sept 2010) Need I say more. Mack in Ogden, Ut.
Description of Work: Initial sales and service was excellent, replaced all my windows - very nice and professional job (1995) and "If you have any problems you have a lifetime guarantee"

+ -1 moreThey came out on time as scheduled within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend Moyes Glass to my friends and family. The estimate that they gave me was very close to the final cost. I had no problems with the service.
