I had called for additional information and in a different type of product quote and they were unresponsive.  I would have actually bought a more expensive product but they wouldn’t call me back.  They didn’t show up twice on the day that they said they were going to install.  We had a great experience with them when they installed the windows in my house.  That was why we went back again.

Moyes did a great job replacing our windows.  They look terrific.  The installers were professional and responsive.  Our two installers worked really hard all day long.  We couldn't be more pleased.

We found out about them just through the phone.  We went with them because their price was lower.  But then we didn’t have a great response.  They never ever contacted us and we always had to contact them.  They got here later than expected.

5x8 window leaks but since I could not locate my receipt -all my windows have Moyes Glass stickers on them - they would not honor the "Lifetime Warranty". I contacted them, yesterday nd they will not return my calls (Sept 2010) Need I say more. Mack in Ogden, Ut.

They came out on time as scheduled within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend Moyes Glass to my friends and family. The estimate that they gave me was very close to the final cost. I had no problems with the service.
