dishonest, never compleats what they promise, overcharged and double charged. i lived here 8 years never had anything go missing till after they came to my house. no proof they did it but kinda fishy.

The service was brief, ineffective, and when we decided that we didn’t need to continue the service we were then further dissatisfied with the $150 cancelation fee. Buyer be ware and consider the cancelation fee in the contract. It is unjust and one of the things that we disliked most about this company. Another thing we disliked is the sales force they employee. Using kids to go door to door trying to get them to pressure sell their mediocre services.

This company Mt West Pest is punctual and helpful, and have a customer portal to pay and see the billing. However, after having a detailed rodent removal at a family member’s house, they were not pleased. The bill was charged enormously high (over $2K) and that was just for sanitation. The holes were not fixed or that would be another ($4.5K). So they cancelled. We have been doing business for years on the other hand- and know the previous owners before the name was changed. You need to tell the techs exactly where a hornets nest might be, or where you are seeing activity. Our rodent problem went away and we didn’t pay the large amount like our family member (we are on a three x a year deal), and they check the traps and spray for about $150 a year. So overall great. I’d recommend a plan vs the one-time visit. And make sure to tell them exactly the issues. They have various products to solve them and it’s environmentally friendly.

Horrible company, would not do business with again! Expect you to uphold you end of contract but do not do theirs! Was told that if after spraying we had a problem they would come out immediately within a day if the problem was bad! We had a infestation of hundreds of wasps! Called said they would be there next week! My dog who’s allergic got stung and almost died causing a 700.00 vet bill! This was after they had just sprayed the month before! After 4 sprays we still always had wasps and spiders! Only thing they managed to kill was ants! 119.00 a quarter to kill ants! Now charging me a 99.00 cancellation fee with threat of sending to collections! Beware Do No Do Business With!
