My technician, Larry Browne service manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm sure I was a challenging customer as I had numerous questions and no idea how the systems work. Larry explained everything I needed to know and worked quickly to do my inspections . They fit my job into their schedule the same day I called and were prombt to arrive. I would recommend All Purpose Heating & Air and definitely would use them again.

Harley and Tony just spent the last two days installing our new system. They went out of the way to get us our central air working the first day, and finished the furnace installation today. They were efficient, friendly, and accommodating for our household special needs. The sales staff of Chris, who met with us quickly to provide a fair and easy to understand estimate, and Myra who facilitated our payment and receipt of the utility bills for processing our rebates. Both were professional and timely in response to our requests. Finally, there was Daniel, the repair technician that started the process, by troubleshooting our air conditioning problem, and suggesting we talk to Chris. He was candid and concerned since our furnace and central air were of an age to be replaced, and in good conscience, not just repaired because it could prove costly. There were no guarantees that other parts of the system would not fail within the next few years, thus requiring a new system anyway. Overall, the employees we interacted with were knowledgeable, helpful, and representative of a company that values them, and the customers they serve. We would recommend your employees, and Mountain Air Conditioning & Heating enthusiastically.

I was so disappointed with Miuntain Air's competence. initially, things seemed ok. The salesman who convinced us to go with Mountain Air was courteous, informative, and beat the competitors' prices by almost $500 for the exact same Lennox furnace. On installation day the guys broke both of the doors to my furnace room, one totally off the hinges, which was particularly problematic because it's next to the playroom and I had to then worry about my 2 and 5 year old going in there (the water heater is also there). At the end of the installation day, I asked them if we had had a new chimney liner placed because another company's salesman had said we would need one. The installers assured me I did NOT and left. The office called me and said they would send someone to fix the doors, and the next day a repair guy came to measure for their replacements. Two days after installation their office called me again to say they needed to send more guys over to put in a chimney liner and wanted to know if they could come basically immediately. I was super annoyed because I had specifically asked about this on installation day and it wasn't taken care of then. Fast forward a couple more days after the chimney liner is installed, and my husband and I notice a persistent gas smell in our basement. I had to call them and AGAIN have someone come out and sure enough, the previous technicians had missed some open valve and has had been leaking into our house. Frightening and frustrating on so many levels. If I wasn't a SAHM there is no way I could have accommodated these multiple, unnecessary times people had to come, not to mention they put my family's safety at risk. Now I'm going to forever worry that something else was overlooked and could be a hazard. For all this they gave us a $25 gift card. I wish we had spent $500 more and saved us the worry.

"We very much appreciate your comments. This is not like Mountain Air at all. On the rare occasion these things occur, we make things right. We want to apologize again for the changes with the chimney liner. Our technician believed that because it was an interior tile lined chimney, the liner was not necessary. As soon as he got back to the office, he talked to the team about the situation to make sure he had made the best decision. In the end, he changed his mind and decided it would be best to drop the liner. Your time is valuable, so we are sorry that this involved another visit. Our technician let us know that afternoon that he had bumped the door. Our office immediately contacted our contractor to schedule an appointment to order new doors to replace the old doors. We hope it will make you feel safer to know that no valve was left open. We did find a slight leak on a fitting to one of your existing appliances, not the furnace we installed. There was a leak, which we of course, repaired. After that, we double checked all the joints we worked on and found no further leaks. Please contact us if there is anything further we can do to assist. We appreciate your business and we hope that we can give you a better experience in the future. Mountain Air"

It was perfect. Mountain Air was very receptive to the fact that it was 98 degrees in my house for two days. I called 730 am and someone was available to help. They weren't able to come immediately, but they WERE able to come in the afternoon. They were apologetic due to a few hiccups (i.e. Parts needed) but sent Matthew out as soon as able. Upon arrival Matthew began to troubleshoot and resolve each issue. He explained how, why, and what required fixing and how to fix it. He resolved each issue, gave me tips on what to look out for in the future (preventative). Educational, thoroughly knowledgeable, and we had a great conversation about how awesome our dogs are and there habits! Thank You Mountain Air, and thanks again Matthew!

Excellent work by professional staff from estimate to install to follow-up. We did have a minor issue with the furnace a month after install and Mountain Air corrected it immediately with no problem.

Well in general I've satisfied with what they've done and this last particular time I asked a question about some things and pointed it out and the guy said oh yeah that would have to be fixed later and then they sent somebody over and it turned out that the first guy was mistaken but apparently he was neither a newer type employee but the second gut that came over he instantly realized that the first guy had given me wrong information and explained all of that so. Like I said the other guy came out fairly quickly and instantly as soon as he open up he oh no no what the other guy told you wrong.

My furnace wasn't working this morning; it had stopped during the night some time, and was 60F when I called for service. They told me that a technician would be to my house between 8 and 8:30am. The technician showed up at 8:10, evaluated the system, found a short in the main circuit board and replaced it. Checking with an HVAC professional friend of mine indicated that the price I was charged was right on target. With that, their prompt service both on the phone and at my house was outstanding.
I will use this company again and will refer friends to them as well.

The service was completed quickly and performed in the scheduled day. Jeff explained the issue with the capacitor and my options. Jeff also identified an issue with the filter size I was using which was resulting in a loss of airflow.
