Besides not listening to us on our color choices and using our equipment, the thing that bothered us the most about this company was their lack of communication, reponsiveness and professionalism. When we made appointments for phone calls or to be home when they said they would be coming to discuss or perform the work - they routinely did not show up and didn't call to let us know the situation. We took days off from work to be present to meet with them, called them repeatedly to find out where they were when they didn't show up. We were told over and over that other jobs were running late and they would be there in 1-2 hours - no one showed or called. We started to make bets whether they would show or not. It was very frustrating.
When they finally did show up, they did stick to the work and the finished product was OK - but not excellent. When they peeled the tape off to exposed the "fake" grout lines, the edges were not clean as the adjoining plaster cracked. They tried painting it with the grout color - but it didn't turn out too good. They "forgot" to paint the grount lines on the walkway and it took us awhile to get someone back to finish it.
Also, when I asked that they just mail us the final invoice, they claimed they didn't do business that way - very strange. Just be careful when working with this group.
