We're small enough to pay close attention to each and every client, yet large enough to have the experience needed to manage your investment correctly. We also offer real estate services, so if you'd like to buy or sell, contact us. We have 6 employees and we use subcontractors for our handyman work. "All maintenance and repairs MUST be approved by the owner before it is ever completed, and the owner specifically asked us to prune and take care of the yard at a home she owned. The tenants never contacted us about a plumbing issue. Any requests that the tenants had were first passed on to the owner for approval, then completed in a timely manner. We've never had one complaint from the tenants, and the owner has never brought up any of the issues she is reporting. The owner is upset with our company because she wants to evict the tenants in order to sell her home, yet they are active duty military and one is deployed. It is illegal to kick them out, but she doesn't seem to care. We have communicated with the owner and got her every bit of information she has requested. The terms of the lease are clearly spelled out, and the owner has received numerous copies of it, and the management contract that she signed, yet she doesn't seem to care about the terms.
