Description of Work: KR Elite is a property management company. The owner also sells real estate. We have used this company to rent out and "manage" our house for about 1 1 /2 years now. We've experienced the following: Work done, yet we're not informed until after-the-fact (tree pruning), then billed without permission. Work he said he would arrange to get done, and he never did (screen door repair, patch bird hole in rafter) I've had to end up going directly to tenants to meet their repair needs (plumbing), bypassing KR Elite because of a general lack of response and POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. But the best part is: We want to sell our house, and KR Elite is dragging feet and is NOT AT ALL proactive in helping us get the tenants out. There is insult to injury as the person who we are forced to communicate with is incompetent and has no understanding of their basic lease agreement.
