He completed the work well within the time he estimated the job would require.
"The customer paid for a coupon for a leaf protection system, of UP TO 100' installed. The customer was contacted about the details and scheduling. The customer's house was less then the 100' coupon. When the installer showed up, as scheduled, he did not have enough product to do the job. When the customer was contacted about the details and schedule, he failed to mention that he had a detached garage/shed he wanted the services on as well. If he had instructed us that it was for the house and the garage, the installer would have had the proper amount of materials. Material is not stocked on the installation vehicles, but it is loaded each day with the qty for each project(s) of the day. The installer performed the work on the HOUSE, as per original details given by the homeowner, but it was to late to pick up more product to do the detached garage/shed. The customer was notified, that he was not being "cheated", and the additional work was re-scheduled AND included under his original purchased Angie's List coupon. The work was performed by another installer (not the owner) since the first installer had other projects to complete, not because he did it wrong. The customer 'failed' to mention all of this in his review. In the end he received exactly what he purchased, there was no poorly work performed, he was not cheated or charged more, but he felt he needed to leave a bad review based on his own negligence and/or his lack of communication."
"Thank you for review. We apologize for the installer(s) not cleaning up their mess. The installers are trained and properly instructed to clean up, but sometimes they get in hurry and forget, or just flat out 'drop the ball'. Again, we thank you for your business, and you honest review."
We were happy with the bid. There were no issues on their side. Everything went well when we had the bid.
