handyman service
+ -1 moreI called for an estimate on cost to repair ceiling damaged by leaky roof. First off, I'm sure I woke him up when I called (it was around noon)...he didn't answer professionally and sounded very groggy. I repeated my request a couple of times (I swear he'd just woken up) and he took my contact info. He said he'd have a guy come out in a couple of hours to check it out. He called back 45 min. later and asked for "Kay" (my name is no where near "Kay") and asked if I wanted snow removal (I had mentioned that snow on the roof had caused the damage). After I explained the situation again, he said to wait for a thaw and he'd come out. He mentioned that he didn't want to get up on the roof because he wasn't insured. I told him thanks, but no thanks.
Description of Work: No services were performed.
