Phoned before coming. Arrived on time. He looked over the entire appliance from gas lines to electrical inputs. Found the problem in a burnt circuit board. And explained what happened to the malfunctioning relays. Ordered the part before leaving. Called the next day when he received the part. Rescheduled a second visit. Arrived on time. Absolutely professional, courteous, explained pricing up front. He made two visits and charged me with one service call!!

I had Jonathon with I-Fix help us out last minute. He was excellent and honest. We had another appliance person go to the home to look at a fridge and told us that the "computer was out and that we'd need a new fridge" Jonathon went up the next day, CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue and had it resolved with a new part in less than 24 hours. This was a second home and used as a air bnb rental, we had guests checking in the next day so Jonathon's promptness, attention to detail, honesty and integrity were VASTLY appreciated.
