 + -1 moreI got an appraisal for either a roof replacement or repairs and for my leaky gutters. They were my third appraisal. The first wanted to put a new roof on and both Flood Ad and the second appraisal said I did not need a new roof. I value them for their honesty and they told me what needed to be done to the gutters which I will have a family friend do. Though I did not use their services at this time, this is the kind of company that I like to do business with.
