I'm not a generally messy homeowner, but I don't always clean things as deeply or as often as I should. Instead, my small messes tend to accumulate very slowly over time. ECS did a great job of coming in before I had company over for the weekend and straightening things up. Never having had any cleaning done, I was pretty nervous about the whole thing, but it went great. The cleaners that visited were very professional and efficient and communicated clearly about what they were doing and how long it would take. I puttered around the house and yard while they cleaned initially, but felt comfortable enough with their crew that I eventually just ran some errands while they finished. I seriously contemplated signing up for a long term arrangement at that time, but their rate was just a little bit more than I wanted to pay, as I was hoping that I would be better at staying on top of things myself. Looking back since their visit, I think I should have signed them up.

Although the rest of this service went very well, my only concern is that I had my mother's address book in a den and it can now not be found. I would really like it if this provider would come back to see if they can remember where the book was placed.

Wonderful work! Brian and Amy were amazing; very responsive and accommodating. The house had been rented out and had some pet damage and had not been maintained well. The crew made the whole house seem like new, I couldn't find a spot that they missed, which is saying a lot because I am a clean freak. I wouldn't use another service again after how pleased I am with how things turned out. Totally worth the cost.

I was looking to "gift" my son & wife with housecleaning after their child was born. They are both active duty Air Force, and he is deploying soon. Brian Smith came to the house professionally dressed in uniform. He took time to give me a large estimate for everything that could be done, but then he also broke the estimate in to smaller separate estimates so that I could choose what was most important to us and stay in a set budget for the gift. On cleaning day, 2 girls arrived, also in uniform. They brought all their own supplies and machines. Everything was polished, fresh smelling, and clean when they were done. When I asked how they were going to clean a certain thing, they were very patient and willing to answer my questions. It was a very positive experience. I feel confident my daughter in law will be in good hands working full time with babies, a deployed Hubbie, and no family near by to help. Thanks Brian and Amy!

Getting home ready for sale and they did an amazing job. Home was a disaster and very large so it was a big job. Will use them in the future and refer them to all of our clients.

The word that came to my mind after they left was perfection. I'm one hundred percent satisfied on every level. The entire crew was professional . Six employees came and each person addressed us by our name. They were all friendly and worked well as a team . Each person had a smile . I really appreciate how the crew came out on a saturday even though Saturday isn't a day that they are open. They knew I had to have my house deep cleaned that day because my real estate agent was bringing a photographer to my home Sunday, and listing my home Monday. This company went beyond normal duty. They even stayed an extra two hours to get the job done and exceed my expectations. My house isn't an easy home to clean. I have two large dogs and four children. I couldn't imagine my house looking brand new after one deep clean....and it did! I will recommend this company to all my friends and family looking for any cleaning needs. I'm beyond satisfied and I will use them for my new home as well. Thanks to all of their hard work, I'm confident that my home is now in pristine condition and will sell.

This company went beyond the normal call of duty. I received the bid and needed the work done on Saturday March 29 which fell on a Saturday. The company usually isn't open for business on Saturday, but they knew I needed to have it done that day, since we were listing our home to sell, and the real estate photos were going to be taken on Sunday. They made it happen. I had a crew at my house Saturday morning. Each employee knew my, and my husbands, name. All were friendly. They cleaned our home from 8:30-6:00. I noticed the crew worked well with each other. They got a long and assisted each other when needed. The work they did was amazing. They didn't miss one thing. We had every inch of our home cleaned, and when finished it looked like a brand new home. The work exceeded our expectations. After this experience we decided to use this company on a regular basis. It was worth every penny spent.

Healthy Homes Housekeeping is a subsidary of Extreme Cleaning.
After I contacted Extreme Cleaning, they sent a representative to measure our house and discuss our particular needs and wants. The gentleman who came out was not a pushy salesman type. He was more like the team leader who coordinated the proper team to each particular job. He explained to me their procedures and confirmed that the company carried liability insurance. He also confirmed that each team member who would be in our home had been thoroughly screened and background checked.
He then discussed our work order with the team that was to do the job and coordinated the effort. We had 4 housekeepers and 2 window-washers and they arrived on time and staked all day. They worked very hard and did an amazing job.
With other cleaning services (we've tried several), we have been unimpressed with the sticky residue left behind on many surfaces, corroded travertine where a cleaning liquid of some sort etched the outline of the container, and the malodorous scent theft behind. Extreme Cleaning/Healthy Home left no such residue or issues. They just left us with a fresh and unbelievably clean home.
Initially, we were intimidated by the cost of a deep clean, but decided to take the plunge...We are sure happy with the results!
The window tracks are gleaming. The windows are gleaming. I wish I had some before and after photos to share because the change is so dramatic.
I absolutely adored the team that was sent to my house. Each team member was pleasant, kind, professional, and efficient.

In response to the provider's response I wanted to note that yes, there were some windows with blown seals that appeared to still have some remaining streaks on them after the first cleaning and yes, I was aware of that. It is true that there were some areas that additional cleaning did not improve. However, there was also still some areas that were streaked or still dirty that were not related to the blown seals. This included some interior bathroom glass which I pointed out when your employee returned to re-do some of the windows after I had called. There were areas that were missed and not cleaned properly at the first appt. I do appreciate that you sent someone out again but I wanted to be clear about what was missed at the initial appointment and that I did discuss that with the employee when they returned. Thank you.

I called them shortly before listing my home for sale. Felicia and Victor were so easy to work with, Victor was able to come out, provide an estimate and work with me to get everything done on a short timeframe. Everything they touched was sparkling clean when they were done. At the realtor walkthrough, all the realtors commented on how "meticulous" the house was. The house sold in one day, and have I have to give Victor and his crew many thanks for making it look perfect. I have since used them on a biweekly basis for routine housekeeping. The girls that come are very pleasant and polite, and they do excellent work. I only wish they were available in the state where I am moving to. If you need a complete house cleaning or just someone to help you keep up, I would highly recommend Extreme Cleaning!!
