We carry a full range of upright, canister (including central vac systems), bagged and bagless vacuums with accessories and parts to make sure they last a lifetime! Not only to we carry vacuums, but we also have a full line of carpet cleaners and other household cleaning supplies. Carpet cleaners and shampooers are available for rent as well! The service was excellent. We just found out about the recall (when the particular part on our vacuum broke, natch), and called Don's to find out if we could get it serviced under the recall. They called Hoover while we were on the phone and found out that although the time for the recall had expired, Hoover would still honor the recall and pay for the repair if we brought it in right away. We did so, and they impressed us by telling us we could pick up the vacuum cleaner the next day. They shocked us when they called us a little while later the same day and said they were finished and we could pick it up! I am so pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
