The initial visit was by Lanny for an estimate. They had to wait to install until I got an electrician to do some wiring for the system. The month after the initial visit, the system was installed. The installer was careful in installation and made sure I knew how to use it when he left.  That was the end of any positive experience with this company.  Neither the installer nor the estimator had an outdoor sign to put up in the garden nor was there any attempt to send me one or drop one off. I paid for the entire year of monitoring up front but I continue to receive a bill every month.  When I call their accounts person, she just says there is something wrong with their billing system and to disregard the invoices. I had to request 3 times that a certificate be sent to my insurance company stating that my home was now monitored. I finally had them fax it to me and I got it to my insurance company. Alan, the company secretary, seems unconcerned with customer service. I asked them to install a fire alarm in the house, as I thought this was included in the original system. An appointment was set up for 10am on a particular day. I was driving from out of state and arrived at my home at 9:30am. By 1030am, nobody showed up or called so I called the company and talked to Alan who said "well he should be there soon". I told Alan that I had to leave by 11am for another appointment. I left at 1055am and still no show. If I hadn;t already paid for a year up front I would leave this company. You would think that a business that you trust the security of your home and your person to would be above reproach in the way they do business.  I am leaving them as soon as my contract is up and will not recommend them to anyone.
