Josh responded quickly to my voice message and was able to come out the next day. He thoroughly checked carpet areas for wetness, carefully pulled up the soggy areas and fan dried the areas. The owner, Tod, has saved us 3 times before when we've had major flooding in our basement. Tod and Josh are super courteous and professional (they always put on booties in the house). Tod did a follow-up service call to ensure we were happy with the service. I highly recommend this company for your carpet needs.

I really like them, I've had them for years. I think the cost was good. They're very personable. They do a great job. If I have any problems, they come back. They're just really customer oriented.
