The whole experience was pretty painless. Since the residential service is not local to me we were able to conduct all business via email. I was given a quote over the phone and when the official quote came it was for more than that amount. I did math and figured it was for tax. I asked about the difference and even mentioned being fine with paying the higher amount. They honored the original quote which was $75 less.
The installer was great. He repaired some items that had been damaged when the old door had a mishap, removed the old door, and gave me the warranty information. I would definitely use their services again if I am ever in need of another garage door.
