Horrible experience as he was threatening me and kept telling me I would die if I did not approve the repairs. Jeffrey Fitzgerald originally did not show, then arrived 8 hrs late to service my furnace. He gave an estimate of $800 for repairs but would not give a written estimate. When I did not approve the repairs he told me that I would DIE from exhaust fumes. He then disabled my furnace and turned off the gas at 5 pm on a Friday night AND DID NOT INFORM ME. This was the night of the first cold spell and he disabled the furnace to leave me without heat over the weekend. He repeated several times that I would DIE if I did not approve the repairs. It is unconscionable that a service person would repeatedly threaten a customer and then disable their heat without informing them. When I complained to the BBB he added more threats for slander but never provided a receipt or written estimate. The BBB closed the case without providing any relief.
Description of Work: Jeffrey Fitzgerald was supposed to arrive at 8:30 a.m. to service my furnace as it was making funny noises.
