The guy is fantastic. He is really thorough. We have used him twice before. The first time, it was very dead. We didn't get the house as he said. The second time, we really bought the house. He is very good.

Jeff was fantastic, he walked through all the issues with us regarding the house, gave us his honest opinion, information about how to fix things and who to call regarding it, etc. The report was excellently prepared and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs a home inspection. As we decided to not purchase the initial home we looked at, we are now obtaining his services for a different home inspection. A+++
