Found All Western Windows at the Ogden Home Show on a Saturday, had a quote by Monday (I had all the dimensions pre-printed with me). Ike at AWW continued to follow up to see where I was at with my decision though he was very busy. After extensive research (5 or 6 vendors out to the house, research on at least 10 to 12 different manufacturers, visits to several showrooms and one factory), I found AWW's primary product - Ply Gem - to be the highest rated (in terms of performance factors U and SHGC) AND lowest cost (when rebates were factored in). After reading horror stories on line about installation of replacement windows, I became concerned about how to evaluate/predict quality of installation (all the sales people claim to have the best installers - go figure). I met the installer, Kim, and was favorably impressed. The windows arrived from out of state when Ike said they would; Kim called to confirm our appt; he arrived promptly, worked all day without a break and did an outstanding job of installing, including spotless cleanup of all debris and placing mats on the floor where he worked. He finished up the next day in a couple of hours (17 windows total). Kim also removed and reinstalled the brackets for the blinds (something the other vendors said they would not do). In addition, Ike supplied all the necessay paperwork and instruction for applying for the rebates. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the quality of the service provided, the product and the installation.

I've only had the windows in for a few weeks in mild weather, so I obviously can't speak to the long term durability and real world performance of the windows, but I have no reason to doubt that either will be as claimed.

I believe them to have done a good job on all the new windows. They were every neat and the windows were of high quality. One thing I can say is that their service is very helpful and they have a really good variety to choose from.
