"Dream Builders was great to work with for our awning. When the supplies came in, Trevan contacted me and he was out the next day to deliver them. He installed a few beams and came back the following day. The weather was taking a turn for the worse so he brought extra workers to get the job completed before the bad weather hit. "Our installer was excellent. Had it done in 5 1/2 hours. Just had it done yesterday, so have not tried out the shower yet, but so far, it looks very great. Pray every thing works with the shower. Again, loved our installer. We gave half down, and paid the rest when the job was done."

A retractable awning won’t necessarily increase your home’s value very much, but it can offer a boost of aesthetic appeal to potential buyers. In the long-term, however, a well-placed awning will save you money on cooling and protect your deck and outdoor furniture from sun exposure during the hot summer season.
